Every exam presents a scenario you haven't seen before — a situation that requires the methodology from the course. You assess the problem, execute the work, and produce a deliverable. No multiple choice. No fill-in-the-blank.

Exam Structure

Three Phases. 100 Points.

Every exam follows the same three-phase structure. You work through a realistic scenario that tests whether you can apply the course material under operational conditions. Each phase builds on the previous one.

Phase 1

Assess

20 pts

Evaluate the scenario, identify what matters, and determine your approach. The decisions that set the direction for everything that follows.

Phase 2

Execute

50 pts

Apply the course methodology to the scenario. Demonstrate the technical and analytical skills the course built — the operational core of the assessment.

Phase 3

Deliver

30 pts

Produce the deliverable — a recommendation, a report, or a documented decision. The output that demonstrates you can communicate results, not just produce them.
