Terms of Service
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Service Description
Ridgeline Cyber Defence Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the professional development platform at training.ridgelinecyber.com. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others. Team subscriptions provide up to 5 named user seats managed through a single billing account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account page — access continues until the end of your billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on subscription payments. Every paid course includes free modules that serve as a trial — you can evaluate the content quality, depth, and teaching approach before subscribing. This policy is compliant with UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Reg 37(1)(a), as digital content delivery begins immediately upon subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, code, queries, diagrams, templates, and downloadable assets, is the intellectual property of Ridgeline Cyber Defence Ltd. You may adapt worked artifacts (queries, scripts, templates, checklists) for use within your organization. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell course content.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not share account credentials, scrape or automate downloads of course content, or use our content to create competing training products. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Course content is provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about certification exam outcomes. Security recommendations should be evaluated against your own environment before deployment. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the application of techniques taught in our courses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
