Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges are made after cancellation
• You are not charged a cancellation fee

Refunds

Within 14 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with the training content, email training@ridgelinecyber.com within 14 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days: Refunds are not available for subscription periods already consumed. Cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

SOC Analyst Operations (one-time purchase)

SOC Analyst Operations is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the content does not meet your expectations. Email training@ridgelinecyber.com with your order details.
